Good Magic: Pollen-Repelling Potions

My friends, spring has sprung in ATX, and the oak pollen is swirling around like Dementors at Hogwarts. Nazgul in Middle Earth, if your inner nerd prefers.

Here is my Magic Oak Pollen Repelling Potion:

Actually, I have a few elixirs that help my family through these trying times, warding off unwanted maleficent molecules and their snotty effluences.

The bad news: Breathe Again has been discovered, and is consequently out of stock at this moment because every stuffy-nosed person who tries it loves the stuff, so if you get your hands on some NEVER LET GO*. The good news: RC works almost as well and is cheap, only a little over 10 bucks for a 5 ml (with your Young Living Wholesale Membership). Slap a roller ball on that sucker and you are set.

Raven is a good ally in the fight as well.

Lots of folks, including myself, love a combo of equal parts Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint for seasonal discomforts, and you can bet it is on repeat in my diffuser. But plain old lavender is simple and effective, especially when used consistently. Keep it on the counter, in your purse, in the car; use it regularly, banish Dementors, fight the good fight. It’s good magic.

Stay safe,
Fran

*You can make a version of Breathe Again on your own by combining Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Copaiba, Blue Cypress, and Myrtle oils in a roller ball. I don’t have a specific recipe, but you can play around with ratios if you are adventurous and brave.
