My sister-in-law and I used to have a blog, and periodically we would do posts we called “Stuff We Love,” which were really fun. I know I love product reviews, and I like for someone else to test drive products for me. So I’m breaking out a #fbf to Stuff We Love, except it’s just me. Stuff I love. For you.
Lavender Body Lotion
I have loved this stuff since the moment I got my first bottle. It’s hard for me to find lotions that are ok for my super-duper-sensitive skin, that don’t cause patches of eczema, but that are moisturizing yet light weight. The texture of this lotion is perfect. We use it on our kids. My baldy husband slathers it on his head. I’ve even been known to use it as a facial moisturizer. It’s light enough to go under makeup.
I started taking this daily in June, and it has done wonders for me. Literally wonders. My dry, itchy skin is 5X better. This is a combo of MSM – methylsulfonylmethane – and NingXia Wolfberry. It took a few months of taking it before I started seeing a profound result, so don’t lose heart if you don’t see a change right away. It’s like my body had to backstock the nutrients for a while. I’ve taken MSM supplements in the past and never seen results like I have with the Sulfurzyme.
Harmony Essential Oil Blend
I don’t actually own this oil yet. I’ve borrowed some of my mom’s a few times. And each time I’ve noticed hours later how calm and zen I’ve felt. Some of the emotional oils are hard to articulate, but really they just help. If you’re feeling out-of-whack or haven’t slept well or had a stressful event or whatever, get one of the emotional oils – Harmony is a great one – and try it. I also love Joy. And I love Valor and StressAway. But Harmony is on my next Essential Rewards order and I’m sure will be a go-to. Plus it smells gorgeous when you wear it.
I’ve been taking this every day in a capsule, and it has helped my energy levels. Remember that post I did on Adrenal Health? Endoflex is a great one for supporting adrenal and overall endocrine health.
What are you using and loving these days? The more we share, the more we know.
